My Routine to Lose Weight even Faster

In this post, I will tell you my Routine to Lose Weight even Faster. I hope you can enjoyed it!. ROUTINE Day 1. Eat some of Fruits and drinking much water. Day 2. Eat some of Vegetables and drinking much water. Day 3. Eat some of Fruits, Vegetables, and drinking much water. Day 4. Eat some of Fruits, Juice, and drinking much water. Day 5. Drinking much water and eat 1 Apple. Day 6. Eat 3 spoons of rice and some Vegetables. Day 7. This is the cheating day. You can eat all what you want. WARNING!!! In this period, don't eat foods that containing coconut milk and cooking oil. And make sure for don't drink Iced Water. Then, you must do some workout. You mustn't go to the gym or fitness centre.
